1. General Agreement

FLCS is a licensed, bonded, and insured woman-owned small business. You, the client, are responsible for payment, communication, and adherence to all policies. Third-party involvement is not recognized by FLCS.

2. Communication
  • For questions or concerns, contact our office at +1-800-906-9751
  • Provide ongoing feedback through surveys to improve service quality.
3. Home Preparation
  • Have your home ready for cleaning to avoid additional hourly charges.
  • Notify guests of our arrival and inform the office of any unknown persons in your home.
4. Children and Pets
  • Supervise children during cleaning for safety.
  • Kennel or secure aggressive pets; FLCS is not liable for pet behavior.
5. Home Access
  • Provide a unique door or lockbox code; a fee applies if access is denied.
  • Turn off alarms; FLCS is not responsible for alarm-related charges.
6. Lock Out Policy
  • A 100% cancellation fee applies if staff is locked out during working hours.
  • Arrival times are estimated; contact the office for a window if needed.
7. Estimate/Quotes
  • Estimates are based on provided information; additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions.
  • Jobs beyond our capability may be declined without charge.
8. Skipping and Modification
  • Notify 48 hours in advance for skipping a cleaning to avoid charges.
  • Exceptions for emergencies, but frequent cancellations may incur fees.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • 48-hour notice for recurring cleanings; 72 hours for one-time, initial, and move-in/move-out.
  • Non-refundable deposit for certain cleanings; catch-up cleaning after 3 weeks of lapse.
10. Payment
  • Accepted forms: check, cash, Visa/Mastercard, bank transfers.
  • NSF check incurs a $45 service charge; declined cards have a $25 or 15% interest charge.
  • Rates are estimates; full hourly charges for time spent at home.
11. Tipping
  • Tipping is optional and at your discretion.
12. Valuables and Liability
  • Hold FLCS harmless for damages during specified tasks.
  • Report damage within 2 business days; FLCS not responsible for wear and tear.
13. Scheduling Other Service Providers
  • Do not schedule other services when FLCS is cleaning unless you’re present.
14. Technician Safety
  • Technicians have limitations on ladder height, moving heavy items, handling waste, and cleaning in certain conditions.
15. Rate Adjustments
  • FLCS reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time.
16. Photos
  • Before and after photos are taken for training and proof of performance.
17. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Call within 24 hours for a re-clean of unsatisfactory areas.
  • No guarantee on cleanliness using personal products or equipment.
18. Non-Solicitation
  • Agree not to solicit FLCS employees for home-related services.
